With this mod, I was able to create Feral followers, then place containers around Sanctuary and put their beacons in them. What I did is I spend countless hours making a completelly broken and over run by Ferals version of Sanctuary.

I did have to emerge from the Vault when creating the character, but I also downloaded a terrible broken mod that gave me a house in The Glowing Sea, and I worked my way from there (it was fast travel available from the start) to Sanctuary, where I was going to find my ex-wife Nora and her second husband Nate (I do roleplay with my characters). This one will make you look like a Ghoul like no other mod, no nose, no bleeding neck effect.

This should be enough, but IВґm still enemies with Feral Ghouls. Now the Ghoul faction seems to have two ids, 00028fd61d2. Since there are no mods to give me that important detail about being a Ghoul I decided to use console commands. Only thing that the mod does is changing your appareance, but it does not provide either rad resistance or have feral ghouls be friendly or at least neutral to you.
